Hendricks Avenue Elementary PTA

As Vice President Communications, I updated the PTA website to a WordPress site to better meet the needs of school families. The change in vendors saved the organization more than $250.00 and allowed us to use a responsive template. The main feature of the website is a school calendar that parents can export to their personal calendar.

I also maintain the mailing list and email communications using MailChimp and am an administrator for the organization's Facebook page. As such, my primary goal is to grow the Facebook page and build our audience. I also provide a prompt response to messages and route to the appropriate board member.
